Refund Policy for Training Courses - Delta First Safety
At Delta First Safety, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward:

Refund Eligibility:
- Full refunds are only available if a cancellation request is made at least three weeks (21 days) before the scheduled course start date(does not apply if you reschedule/postpone the course to a new date).
- Refund requests made within three weeks of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

Course Rescheduling:
- We offer flexibility in rescheduling your course. If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, you may reschedule for a future date, provided that the new date works for both parties.
- To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new course date.

No-Show Policy:
- If you do not attend the course without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and rescheduling will not be possible.
